Lungelo Sopotela is a print and pattern designer from the province of the Eastern Cape, South Africa. He graduated from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University with a diploma in Textile Design and Technology.
Lungelo’s designs are focused on making intricate design patterns as well as geometric designs and shapes to create stylized artwork. He also draws inspiration from cultural motifs and nature to further enhance this pursuit.
